Food Drive

Shellharbour/Kiama Family Day have developed an ongoing partnership with Barnardos to assist local families that require assistance. Carers and the Coordination Unit spent time during the festive season collecting donated items of food from families within the scheme. The response from our Carers and families was overwhelming and valued. We presented Bardardos with 3 overfilled washing baskets and several boxes of wonderful non persihable food items, at the children's end of year playsession party. The food items were distributed to families who required assistance. We also received a surprise visit from Santa, thanks to the great staff at Barnardos.
